Water leaking at furnace or air handler

• Check air conditioning condensate drain pipe
  The drainpipe may be moved out of the drain hole in the floor or other area.
  The drainpipe may have slipped off at the cooling coil above the furnace or air handler.
• Check the condensate pump. Some units have a small pump that removes the condensate water to a drain away from the furnace or air handler location. The drainpipe may be moved out of the condensate pump.
  Check the condensate wiring, there may be a standard electric plug that is unplugged.
• Ask a Modern Comfort Systems technician to explain the condensate drain system on your next annual tune-up visit.
